Free Shipping
All orders ship for free. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times

- Canada: [7–14] business days
- Europe and United Kingdom: [7–15] business days
- Australia: [10–20] business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, sales or because of carrier or customs delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be charged customs duties, taxes or import fees by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible, and we will try to update it before your order ships.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows no updates for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email help@araeskin.com with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We will help you track it down or send a replacement.
